The Cleaning fee is included and we accommodate your housebroken Dog!

The Poconos Community: Towamensing Trails (pronounced Taù – wƏ – men – sing), a Native American word meaning “Nature’s Wonder”, is 2,900 pristine acres (bordering Hickory Run State Park) with a private 195+ acre lake for you to enjoy which has 3.5 miles of shoreline with areas to explore. This fabulous private Poconos' lake is stocked every year, has excellent fishing (a PA state fishing license is required). There is also a private Trout Stream for fishing and fun. You will not be disappointed!

Additionally, the Towamensing Trails Community has a 4000 square-foot Clubhouse, Restaurant & Marina which features a Bar, Lounge, Pool and Restaurant overlooking Lake Towamensing. There is a Snack Bar, a Game Room with Pool Tables and Games, Video Games, Locker Rooms for men and women and a lovely Heated Outdoor Pool with Kiddy Pool, as well as a Swimming Area with a White Sandy Beach and Volleyball. And too, you will find Tennis Courts, Basketball Courts, numerous Hiking & Miles of Walking Trails and Playgrounds.

Payment Methods Accepted: Cash, Money Order, Bank or Cashier's check, Paypal*. There is a Refundable Security Deposit Required in addition to the Rental Fee, which is refunded within 30 days, as allowed by law.
*Paypal fees are the responsibility of the person renting.

Cancellation Policy*:
More than 45 business days notice, refund of deposit, minus $100 cancellation fee.

Less than 45 business days notice, 50% of deposit minus $100 cancellation fee.

Less than 15 business days notice, NO REFUND, No Exceptions.

*THE ABOVE POLICY DOES NOT APPLY TO HOLIDAY RENTALS. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS WHATSOEVER FOR CANCELLED HOLIDAY RESERVATIONS, NO EXCEPTIONS. THERE ARE ALSO NO REFUNDS, OR PARTIAL REFUNDS FOR PARTIES/GROUPS WHO LEAVE EARLY, FOR ANY REASON WHATSOEVER; AGAIN, NO EXCEPTIONS. If you are concerned you may have to cancel your reservations, we suggest you purchase traveler's insurance.
